Welcome to Campus Connect IU. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this platform, created by a student of Integral University to help students connect, share notes, access academic resources, and prepare for exams together. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Who Can Use This Platform

Campus Connect IU is intended for students of Integral University (and any affiliated institutions we extend access to in the future) who wish to access academic resources and connect with fellow students. You must provide accurate information, including a valid and correct enrollment number, when creating your account.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone else.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Platform Features

By using Campus Connect IU, you get access to the following features:

Student Connections: Connect and message fellow students on the platform.
Course & Semester-wise Notes: Access study notes organized by course and semester, uploaded by the admin.
Assignments: View assignments relevant to your course and semester.
Previous Year Question Papers: Access PYQs to help with exam preparation.
Campus Feed: Post updates, polls, media, and questions, and get help from fellow students.

4. Acceptable Use

While using Campus Connect IU, you agree that you will not:

Use the messaging feature to harass, threaten, spam, or send inappropriate content to other students.
Upload, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates another person's rights.
Post content on the feed (including polls, media, or comments) that is abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading.
Attempt to access another user's account or impersonate any student, faculty member, or admin.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's normal functioning.
Use academic content (notes, assignments, PYQs) for any commercial purpose outside personal academic use.

        Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account from Campus
        Connect IU, at our discretion.
    

5. Enrollment Verification & Account Deactivation

Access to Campus Connect IU is granted on the basis of the enrollment number and academic details you provide at the time of sign-up. To keep the platform genuine and safe for all students, we reserve the right to verify this information and take action where it is found to be incorrect or misused. In particular, your account may be deactivated or permanently removed if:

The enrollment number provided is incorrect, fake, does not belong to you, or cannot be verified against Integral University records.
Your profile details (name, branch, course, semester, or photo) are found to be false or misleading.
You post content on the feed that is abusive, obscene, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise violates the acceptable use rules in Section 4.
You misuse the messaging feature to harass, threaten, or spam other students.
You are found impersonating another student, faculty member, or admin, or attempting to create multiple/fake accounts.

Where possible, we will notify you of the reason before or at the time of deactivation. However, for cases involving fake enrollment details, impersonation, or serious misconduct, we reserve the right to deactivate the account immediately, without prior notice, to protect the safety and integrity of the student community.

6. Academic Content Disclaimer

Notes, assignments, and previous year question papers are uploaded by the platform admin in good faith, to assist students with their studies. While we try to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or officially endorsed by Integral University. Students should use this content as a supplementary study resource alongside official university materials.

7. Messaging & Student Conduct

The connect/message feature is provided to encourage healthy academic collaboration between students. We expect all users to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to review reported conversations and feed posts, and take appropriate action, including account suspension or deactivation, if misuse is found.

8. Intellectual Property

The Campus Connect IU platform, its design, and original content belong to its creator. Notes and academic materials uploaded by the admin remain the intellectual property of their respective original authors/sources, and are shared here solely for educational, non-commercial use by students.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using Campus Connect IU and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We also reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the enrollment verification and conduct rules described in Section 5, or misuse the platform in any other way.

10. Limitation of Liability

Campus Connect IU is a student-built platform provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it running smoothly and securely, but we are not liable for any loss of data, missed academic deadlines, or damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Campus Connect IU after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
